Packaging and brand guide for a cider maker looking to shift perspective on the industry. With a belief that cider is more than tradition, it’s an invitation to explore. Their differentiation is a new story of locally pressed apples and unexpected pairings, crafted to pique curiosity and celebrate flavor in fresh, artful ways.
First, I did some conceptual exploration, thinking about the consumer, the category and cultural landscape that this product would come to exist within. I worked to define three distinct concepts before selecting the one that felt most surprising, with opportunities to build a unique approach to our story.
I approached the design phase starting with the packaging since this would be the primary point of contact for the consumer.
