I created this soft serve ice cream cone with wax candle with concrete-cone base.
I started by sculpting the soft serve ice cream top with air clay and Bondo® before making a silicone mold to be able to cast with wax. I also created a mold of a simple store bought sugar cone which was used for the base of the design. I experimented with various scents like vanilla and strawberry to make the experience more exciting.
The final result is a candle with its own base that smells just like the original!
